Gulf Coast Conservation Association, Inc. (GCCA) is a Florida Non-Profit Corporation operated exclusively for public charitable, conservation, and educational purposes. The objective of GCCA is to heighten public awareness and knowledge of the natural resources of the Florida Panhandle Gulf Coast, the beaches and St. Joseph Bay, and to encourage conservation of these valuable natural resources. Major activities of the organization include
  • Sea turtle monitoring and protection activities of St. Joseph Peninsula
  • Advocating sound public policies and regulation of activities to protect the natural resources of St. Joseph Bay and St. Joseph Peninsula
  • Supporting conservation activities of St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and St. Joseph Bay Aquatic Preserve.
As a non-profit organization, Gulf Coast Conservation Association relies mainly on grants and public contributions for financial support. Donations and membership dues go directly to supporting the Turtle Patrol program. Wouldn't you like to join us?
